I am presently testing this blogging site out for possible use with a course I will be teaching in the Fall 2003 term at Carleton University. The course, LAWS 3501 Law and the Information Society is offered within the BA program in Law and will examine a variety of issues about law, regulation and governance arising from the growth of the information society, especially the Internet.
